Adam is exactly 12 and half years old today, he did ask for presents…
Can’t belive it’s Thursday already, we go home tomorrow… š
Anyway, we went to into Warminster today, it’s a very old town which has sprawled over time. After some fun with the SatNav, we decidedĀ on Morrisons car park, which seemed central. Again more charity shops, and whilst looking for the town centre car park, Adam shouted out that he saw a music shop, which sold instruments…!!! It was on the edge of town too… very promising…
We wondered round and eventually Adam, Alan and I/Neil ended up finding the music shop… I/Neil was very diaspointed… it was very small and didn’t sell anything worthy of looking at.
Still Adam, Laura and Carol found a really good bookshop and picked up some bargins…
Adam and I/Neil went fishing again and after a very slow start, got some bites… only Adam caught something, but this time, for real, you should have seen the one that got away. The line snapped just as it was getting into the net, we reckon at least a 10 – 15lb carp.. oh well.
We had some visitors in the evening, a couple of old ducks just dropped in.
