I can hardly believe we’re on day 7 of the holiday already. We’ve found our “spot” that we like that gives us some shade and some sun, it’s close to the facilities, toilets, bar, and restaurant, and because there are 3 of us, we actually get 4 sun beds :).
It was a hot day today, the temperature was about 27°C, but the sun is very intense – so far no sun burn, but we are using factor 50!
We went inside about 3.30pm, and then went out for a little walk to the little strip of shops, picked up a little bit of aloe vera gel, an ice cream. We came back and there was a musician playing his guitar to some backing tracks. The first track we heard was Hotel California, it was pretty good, and “Spanish Style” of course. Here’s a little snip of video. I did think that Mum and Dad could retire out here and Dad could do the circuit… 😂
There is a half built hotel across the valley from the hotel that could be mistaken for a Bond villains lair, take a look at the photo and you’ll see what I mean…
