Last day today, we’ve had a wonderful holiday, the last 2 weeks have been exactly what we wanted and needed. Great weather (mostly), peaceful, relaxing, no work at all for me, I didn’t take my work phone with me, and I’ve had no access to email at all, so a complete break.
We’re sitting here on the terrace after having breakfast and finished our packing. We have to check out at 12pm, the coach is picking us up at 1.15pm and lunch is served from 12.30pm. So it works out really well. Our flight is at 4.50pm and is just shy of 5 hours (It’s uphill on the way home so takes a little longer) .
The view from the terrace, over the beach and to the sea is lovely, there is a slight breeze and the sun is high and hot. We now have a couple of hours to rest and relax before the journey home starts.
So this is it for the daily blog, if you’re interested, I’ll be posting a list of the books I’ve read, and I’ll do a little summary of the hotel. Signing off now.. take care, don’t have nightmares…
You both look really relaxed and brown. Don’t spoil it by looking a work stuff as soon as you get home, leave it until Monday or when you’re officially back at work. Safe journey.
